ROLLING THUNDER MOVES TO NEW FACILITY-INTRODUCES NEW V-TWIN 1/14/2007
Rolling Thunder LLC has moved into its new 8,000 square foot facility. In addition, Rolling Thunder LLC has formed a new company named "Crazy Horse LLC" to market its new V-Twin American made motorcycle engine.

The new V-Twin line was purchased from Performance Assembly Solutions (PAS), a Michigan based company and division of Roush Racing/Ford. "We have retained Alan Sputhe, a well known engine engineer, to bring this engine back into production" says David White, CEO of Rolling Thunder.

"We are seeking to provide continued parts and service for Gilroy *Indian owners as well as offering this engine to the custom bike builder world" says Anthony Muto, President, Crazy Horse LLC.

See us at the V-Twin Expo in Cincinnati, Ohio February 2-5, 2007.

*Indian is a registered trademark of Indian Motorcycle International LLC.

Who, What, When, and Where? 11/22/2006
While going through all that was PAS PP100, I made a major discovery. How big? Monsterous!

Take a close look at these sleeves that are pinned on this mystery case. What you see is the missing link that was the fall of Indian and a sad reality of total neglect for all PP100 Gilroy owners. A sad, very sad, extremely screwed up story about greed and dishonestly.

Try to guess the who, what, where, and why on this one my friends. I will let you know soon enough.

Unraveling The Sleeve Issue 11/21/2006
Case Study of the Cases: Falco and Mansfield

Please take a good look at these two photos. One is a cross cut view of the Falco case and one is of the Mansfield case. Notice the differences, which I have noted in the photos. The Falco sleeves are inferior to the sleeves used in the Mansfield cases. The same sleeve that was used in the Mansfield case is also used in the very late 2003 and 2004 Ramsden cases.

Please note we have strong data showing that no matter how much one corrected the balance of the flywheels, the sleeve can fail. We have new engines with perfectly balanced flywheels still suffer from sleeve failure on the Falco cases. We are looking into our records regarding Mansfield cases. Due to flywheel issues we recommend all engines with Falco and Mansfield cases be shut down and repaired. Failure to do so may result in engine failure that can damage the cases beyond repair. Anyone needing proof of this data may contact John White at 206 498-9400.
